The programs and services offered through HOP help residents from all areas of Putnam County who are in a crisis situation.  The services offered are made possible through the generous donations of local churches, businesses, organizations and individuals who understand the value of the services we provide and the impact they have on those in need.  A summary of the programs offered through our facility and our partner affiliates is below.
