The Heart of Putnam Service Center is the name of the facility located at 820-2 Reid Street in downtown Palatka. Housed in the HOPSC are: The Heart of Putnam Food Pantry, the H.U.B. (an upscale resale shop), Northeast Florida Community Action Agency, and the Palatka Christian Service Center. Each of these (except the H.U.B.) are independent agencies, responsible for their own funding. |
